Police Check Doctor Stella Maris

MAKASSAR - Doctors Hospital Stella Maris, dr Haderiah Razak who do vise against a former member of parliament of South Sulawesi, Junaid Husain, is scheduled to undergo the examination as a witness in Polrestabes Makassar, Tuesday, April 26. Examination of the Haderiah was conducted to clarify the examination results that mention the absence of Hussain physical abnormalities in self-sacrifice.

Agus said the examination of Haderiah done to accommodate the request of the complainant in particular advocacy team, who requested that doctors report the conclusions of Husain is clarified. Moreover, the physical condition of the victim based on examination results are very different from what was concluded in the autopsy report.

"So the audit is to accommodate the request of the complainant who want clarity about the examination results, which previously said there was no physical abnormality. So, tomorrow we will check the doctors who perform vise," said Agus.

Agus confirmed that, the investigation process cases of alleged beatings against Husain is still running as it should. So far less inhibited, because the witness who should be examined, mainly from the RS Labuang Baji always constrained to attend the examination.

Yesterday, just three witnesses from the hospital Labuang Baji who already meet the police call to give information related to these beatings. The three witnesses who had examined the ambulance driver, Baso, and two hospital staff, Syafaruddin and Samsir. The three witnesses who are questioning it knows the incident, because at that time he was there when the incident took place.

In addition to examining the witnesses from the hospital, the police also schedule an inspection of one of the guests Bambang, Carib. "This guest happened to be on site when the incident took place," said Agus.

Agus confirmed that his ministry has sent a letter of notification of commencement of investigation (SPDP) to Makassar State Attorney, after the alleged beatings was officially upgraded to the investigation. Polisi Periksa Dokter Stella Maris

MAKASSAR--Dokter RS Stella Maris, dr Haderiah Razak yang melakukan visum terhadap mantan anggota DPRD Sulsel, Husain Junaid, dijadwalkan menjalani pemeriksaan  sebagai saksi di Polrestabes Makassar, Selasa, 26 April. Pemeriksaan terhadap Haderiah itu dilakukan untuk memperjelas hasil visum Husain yang menyebutkan tidak adanya kelainan fisik pada diri korban.

Rencana pemeriksaan terhadap Haderiah ini disampaikan Kanit Idik I Satreskrim Polrestabes Makassar, AKP Agus Khaerul. Agus menyebutkan, pemeriksaan terhadap Haderiah dilakukan untuk mengakomodir permintaan pihak pelapor khususnya tim advokasi, yang meminta agar kesimpulan visum dokter terhadap Husain ini diperjelas. Apalagi kondisi fisik korban berdasar hasil visum tersebut sangat berbeda dengan apa yang disimpulkan dalam visum tersebut.

"Jadi pemeriksaan ini  untuk mengakomodir permintaan pelapor  yang ingin kejelasan soal hasil visum, yang sebelumnya dikatakan tidak ada kelainan fisik. Makanya, besok kita akan periksa dokter yang melakukan visum," jelas Agus.

Agus menegaskan bahwa, proses penyidikan kasus dugaan pengeroyokan terhadap Husain tetap  berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Sejauh ini sedikit terhambat, karena saksi yang semestinya diperiksa, utamanya dari pihak RS Labuang Baji selalu terkendala untuk menghadiri pemeriksaan.

Kemarin, baru tiga saksi dari  pihak RS Labuang Baji yang sudah memenuhi panggilan polisi  untuk memberikan keterangan terkait pengeroyokan tersebut. Ketiga saksi yang diperiksa itu yakni sopir ambulance, Baso, serta  dua staf rumah sakit, Syafaruddin dan Samsir. Ketiga saksi yang dimintai keterangan tersebut mengetahui kejadian, karena saat itu dia ada ketika peristiwa berlangsung.

Selain memeriksa saksi dari pihak RS, polisi juga menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap salah seorang tamu Bambang, Karib. "Tamu ini kebetulan ada di lokasi ketika kejadian berlangsung,"  kata Agus.

Agus menegaskan bahwa, pihaknya sudah melayangkan surat pemberitahuan dimulainya penyidikan (SPDP) kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Makassar, setelah kasus dugaan  pengeroyokan ini resmi dinaikkan statusnya ke penyidikan. Adapun pihak yang dianggap bertanggung jawab dalam kasus ini, Agus menegaskan bahwa penyidik baru akan melansir nama tersangka setelah mereka diperiksa. (hamsah umar)
