MAKASSAR - One of a Muslim student at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (UMI) in Makassar, Irfan beaten and stabbed by three other students, Monday, April 25 approximately at 15:30. Mahasiswa Diparangi, Satpam Ikut Berkelahi
MAKASSAR--Salah seorang mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar, Irfan dikeroyok kemudian ditikam oleh tiga mahasiswa lain, Senin, 25 April sekira pukul 15.30. Pelaku yang dilengkapi benda tajam itu menyerang korban sambil mengenakan topeng sehingga korban tidak bisa mengenali pelaku.
Akibat penyerangan itu, korban mengalami luka pada kepala hingga harus dilarikan ke RS Ibnu Sina Makassar. Luka yang dialami korban itu bahkan harus dijahit beberapa jahitan. Untungnya, luka yang dialami korban tersebut tidak terlalu parah. Peristiwa pengeroyokan terhadap mahasiswa kedokteran itu, diduga akibat salah sasaran dari mahasiswa lain di kampus tersebut.
Selain mengakibatkan salah seorang mahasiswa terluka, akibat penyerangan itu satu motor Yamaha Vixion yang belakangan diketahui milik Irwan turut dirusak oleh para penyerang. Lampu belakang motor tersebut hancur diserang mahasiswa bertopeng, serta beberapa bagian lain yang rusak.
Belum diketahui, siapa pelaku yang melakukan penyerangan dan penikaman terhadap mahasiswa Kedokteran UMI tersebut. Kendati beredar isu yang menyebutkan bahwa penyerangan tersebut dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dari organisasi tertentu di kampus tersebut. Bahkan ada yang menyebut, penyerangan itu diduga masih rangkaian dari peristiwa pertikaian antara sesama mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi tersebut.
Polisi yang turun ke lokasi, juga belum mampu mengungkap pelaku yang mengeroyok dan menikam salah seorang mahasiswa tersebut, apalagi tidak ada saksi yang mengetahui betul pelaku yang menyerang. "Pelaku belum kita identifikasi. Kami hanya mendapat laporan ada pemarangan, makanya kita turun ke lokasi," ujar Kapolsekta Panakukkang, Kompol M Nur Akbar.
Tidak cukup dengan aksi pengeroyokan dan penikaman antara sesama mahasiswa UMI, petugas satuan pengamanan UMI juga ikut-ikutan saling pukul sesaat setelah peristiwa tersebut berlangsung. Informasi yang diperoleh, tingkah para satpam tersebut karena saling ejek saat membahas peristiwa pengeroyokan terhadap mahasiswa kedokteran.
Akibat ulah satpam yang saling pukul ini, salah seorang satpam, Syahrir terpaksa menyusul mahasiswa ke RS Ibnu Sina untuk mendapat perawatan setelah alisnya mengalami luka akibat dipukul oleh rekannya sendiri, Rusdi G. Tidak hanya dipukul, Syahrir juga ditendang saat terjatuh. Untungnya, ulah satpam tersebut cepat dilerai dan diamankan polisi. (sah)
